The lowest entry price into Toyota's hybrid lineup. A 1.8L hybrid system delivers 138 combined hp with EPA ratings of 53 city / 46 hwy / 50 combined mpg (LE and XLE FWD), or 48 mpg combined with available Electronic On-Demand AWD. Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard, and Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert is now standard for 2026.

Trims: LE, SE, XLE. Starting MSRP: $24,975.

Toyota's most efficient hybrid and the segment benchmark. The 2.0L fifth-generation hybrid system produces 194 hp (FWD) or 196 hp (AWD), with EPA ratings up to 57 mpg combined (LE FWD) — one of the highest ratings of any new vehicle — and 54 mpg combined on AWD trims. 0-60 in about 7.0 seconds with AWD.

Trims: LE, XLE, Nightshade, Limited. Starting MSRP: $28,550.

2026 Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV)

Formerly the Prius Prime, the plug-in Prius adds a larger battery for 220 combined hp and up to 44 miles of all-electric range on the SE trim. After the battery depletes, it runs as a standard hybrid rated up to 52 mpg combined, or 127 MPGe on the SE. FWD only. A Nightshade Edition joins the lineup for 2026.

Trims: SE, XSE, Nightshade Edition, XSE Premium. Starting MSRP: $33,775 ($34,970 with destination).

2026 Toyota Camry (HEV — Hybrid-Only)

Every Camry has been a hybrid since 2025, and 2026 continues that. The 2.5L hybrid system delivers 225 hp (FWD) or 232 hp (AWD), with AWD using a third electric motor to power the rear axle. EPA ratings go up to 52 city / 49 hwy / 51 combined mpg (LE FWD); the sportier XSE AWD still returns 43 mpg combined. Trunk capacity is 15.1 cubic feet. Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard.

Trims: LE, SE, Nightshade, XLE, XSE. Starting MSRP: $29,300.

2026 Toyota Crown (HEV — Hybrid-Only)

The Crown Platinum upgrades to Hybrid MAX (2.4L turbo + electric motor) for 340 combined hp, 400 lb-ft of torque, a ~6-second 0-60, and 30 mpg combined. Earned a 5-star overall NHTSA safety rating.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard.

Renamed from "RAV4 Prime" for 2026 with meaningful upgrades. A larger battery delivers up to 50 miles of all-electric range (up from 42 on the 2025). Combined output jumped to 324 hp — enough for a 5.7-second 0-60 — and all PHEV trims come standard with AWD. Combined hybrid-mode efficiency runs 37-41 mpg depending on trim.

New for 2026, DC fast charging is available on XSE and Woodland trims (10-80% in about 30 minutes). SE and GR Sport charge via Level 2 at home or on public networks in about 4 hours.

For 2026, Toyota dropped the base LE trim and made AWD standard across all trims. Towing capacity is 3,500 lbs. Uses Toyota Safety Sense 2.5+ (tuned for larger vehicle dynamics). Assembled in Princeton, Indiana.

Trims: XLE ($47,020), Limited ($51,475), Platinum ($54,675). Starting MSRP: $47,020.

Toyota's Electronic On-Demand AWD uses an independent electric motor for the rear wheels, preserving interior volume versus a traditional driveshaft. Towing: 3,500 lbs on properly equipped trims. Battery Electric Vehicles

For 2026, Toyota's BEV lineup expanded to three models, with two new vehicles arriving in March 2026: the rugged bZ Woodland and the returning C-HR nameplate, now fully electric. All three share the same charging architecture:

North American Charging System (NACS) port — direct access to the Tesla Supercharger network plus standard DC fast charging. Plug & Charge eliminates app setup at compatible stations. 10-80% DC fast charge in about 30 minutes. 11-kW onboard AC charger for faster Level 2 home charging.

2026 Toyota bZ (formerly bZ4X)

Toyota's compact electric SUV was substantially updated for 2026 and renamed from "bZ4X" to simply "bZ." Two lithium-ion batteries: a 57.7 kWh pack on XLE FWD (236-mile range, 168 hp) and a 74.7 kWh pack on XLE FWD Plus, XLE AWD, and Limited (up to 314 miles of range on XLE FWD Plus — up 25% from the 2025 bZ4X).

AWD output jumped 50% from the prior model: AWD bZ models now produce 338 hp and hit 60 mph in 4.9 seconds. FWD Limited and XLE+ produce 221 hp. The interior was redesigned around a standard 14-inch touchscreen with dual wireless chargers, and battery pre-conditioning improves cold-weather fast charging.

2026 Toyota bZ Woodland (All-New for 2026)

A larger, more rugged sibling to the bZ. 74.7 kWh battery, standard dual-motor AWD, 375 hp, 4.4-second 0-60. EPA-estimated range is 281 miles with standard all-season tires (260 miles with optional all-terrains). EPA-estimated range: 287 miles (SE) and 273 miles (XSE). The C-HR has a distinctive coupe-like profile and shares cabin tech with the bZ, including the 14-inch touchscreen.
