We decided we were going to shop around and thought we would start farther out and work our way
closer to home. Your dealership was the farthest one out so we started with you. We didn't end up
having to shop anymore. We lucked out and purchased the Sienna from the first dealership we went to.

Kris Assad was an absolute pro, accommodating, understanding, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. He reminds me of why I wanted to go back to Toyota of North Hollywood in the first place. This was the best experience I'd had in buying a car to date. We sensed a real, down to earth quality, without the high pressure salesman tactics. Kris was genuine, patient, and went the extra distance for us. Kris called a few minutes after I left the lot, gave me enough time to get home, so I wouldn't be on the cell while driving! I've also had a couple informative emails, and Kris gave me the info I need for the Lo-jack install. I would always service my old Corolla here, and had a pleasant experience with Eric. I already plugged Toyota of NoHo to a friend looking for a new car.

I couldn't decide on a color so Kris (Assad) got all of the cars I was thinking about and parked them next to each other in the sun so I could see which one I liked best. It really helped me make my decision. Kris made it fun and enjoyable. He really wanted me to know the car before I left with it. Kris was a so nice and funny. He was understanding and really seemed to love his job which in turn made me love it too!

It was my first time leasing or buying a car and the entire experience was friendly and efficient. It's a tedious process in general, but the staff was extremely helpful, well informed, and committed to making it as painless a process as possible. Although the entire staff was friendly, it did not feel like, at any point, I was dealing with a typical car salesman that was trying to sucker me into anything. They were all genuine and extremely helpful.

Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted warm and sincerely by the staff, and without the horrible feeling of all salespeople swarming in at once (as unfortunately has been my experience at many other dealerships).In short, this was by far the best car buying experience of my life. Tahar, my sales associate, and Arbi, the sales manager both took the time to listen to my needs and worked diligently to meet them. We will be replacing our other car within the next year and I am now sure it will be a Toyota and from Toyota of North Hollywood.

Mike (Merhi) followed up with a friendly email the very next day. I felt very comfortable dealing with Mike and his 120% effort showed a couple of days later. A couple of days after the purchase, my wife hit a curb turning out of a parking lot and destroyed the left front tire. I asked Mike if they could do anything since the tire could not be repaired. Even though the tire was not covered under the warranty, he arranged for it to be replaced at no charge. Even though it is a 45 mile drive from my house, I would go back to Mike for next car.”
