None of the horrible "negotiating" experience
The purchase of this vehicle was the easiest I have ever experienced. Not only that but I was able to get the exact car I wanted. I e-mailed Mike Merhi at 1:30pm inquiring about inventory and I was signing the papers at 6pm that same day. I feel I got a fair price and had none of the horrible "negotiating" experience that sometimes comes with buying a new car. The car was washed and waiting when I arrived. I have told friends and co-workers how great my experience with this dealer was and have given Mike's contact info to those who are or may be in the market for a car.

Get me into a vehicle that met all needs

I was impressed with this dealership
I did my homework for a month and went to 6 different dealerships and 3 of them were Toyota dealers. I was impressed with this dealership. North Hollywood Toyota gets an A plus in my book.......... I'm a satisfied and happy customer.... I was told in other dealerships that it was impossible to get a 4Cyl, 4WD 5 speed. North Hollywood Toyota got it for me at a great price...
