Loved the salesperson. One of the reasons for buying the car at the dealership was the way I was treated by the salesman. He was not pushy, but was very informative. I had been to other dealers, and was "turned off" by their sales manner. There should be more salespersons like Charles. I will send my friends to him when they are ready to buy a car.

Mr. Thomas Cook was just great. He showed me a couple of different cars and we were able to come up with the exact color and options that I wanted. The whole procedure was smooth and silent like the "Prius". Now saving on gas and enjoying a very very quiet ride!!!!
