My experience with Kris Assad at North Hollywood Toyota was exemplary. From the initial phone call until the last minute I drove off with the car. He knew the product line inside out and went through a lot of trouble to get me the EXACT vehicle I wanted. I had previously test driven the car. When I contacted Kris, I knew what I wanted. Price negotiation was done during my initial phone conversation. When I arrived at the dealership, there were no surprises and no hidden agendas. I couldn't have expected any better service.

In 2003 I had the worst experience at this very dealership, swore I'd never return. Talking & e-mailing with Mr. Kris Assad, I'm glad I did. What a turn-around for the better. This time it was an extremely pleasant experience. He is a man of his word, knowledgeable on all aspects of my vehicle. Took the time to accurately answer all my questions. A+ No pressure tactics this time. Showed me vehicle options, cost versus need, and what finance I qualified for. Made sure both my wife and I clearly understood everything he was telling us. She too was impressed with the mannerism and professionalism of Kris Assad. No double talk, straightforward answers. Had us at ease from the start. That's not easy to do with me. Normally blood pressure jumps to critical. Not this time! Mr. Shams Salahieh (Finance Manager), made it pleasant and informative. Again, very professional, knowledgeable about what he presented. Showed all options taking in account our time there. Very thorough, answered all my questions regarding contract and vehicle options. Made sure we were comfortable with signing contract. A+ This time around, my wife & I thank you for the pleasant experience.
