The Internet Dept. was wonderful. The Internet Sales Manager accommodated my schedule and even drove over to my house to give me a ride to the dealership. He used the drive to the dealership in my new car to explain everything about the Prius. He made car buying as an easy and satisfying an experience as possible. Price was agreed to before-hand and there was no pressure to buy more or change anything.

It's tough shopping for a new car and most dealerships are not on the level, but I was surprised by North Hollywood Toyota. I visited 5 dealerships that day alone and only at North Hollywood did I feel secure enough to try and make a deal. They were very aware of every aspect of their vehicles and gave me the time and space to make my own decisions without them hounding me about pricing.
The Finance part of the process was very easy. I didn't have the best credit and even so they were willing to work with me and gave me lots of opportunities to save money. In this economy it's difficult to make ends meet sometimes, but they understood that this was my first new car and their consideration will always be appreciated. My Finance Manager was very kind, open and thorough. Giving me all the information and options was very important and I was very pleased with what he had to say and for taking the time to explain it all to me.
When I picked up the car it was shiny and clean, full of gas and with instructions. They even showed me how to use the windshield wipers just in case of rain on the way home. It was very thoughtful. Guapo was great. He has a wonderful way with people. He did everything and more to get me into a beautiful car. There was never a moment when I felt as though I was being swindled. They made me feel safe.

I appreciate that the dealership did not "gang up" on me and did not make me feel that I was less of a customer because I wasn't purchasing a top of the line expensive car. The salesperson did not bring in his boss into it or not leave for a long period of time to consider my counteroffer. Also, Kris and Eric were not condescending like some other dealers.

I met with a young man named Danniel on my first two visits - he was great and followed up each time. I asked for him when I arrived on my third trip but was told he was not in that day.
