The sales man, Kris Assad and his manager/partner (Chris Kobin) were very professional and friendly with no pressure tactics. I had never experienced that in any car dealer before. Unlike the other auto dealerships that I had visited, at Toyota of NH, there was no pressure, lying, sales tactics. I was treated with respect. I talked to Mike Merhi and he made it a breeze. He was very direct and no haggles whatsoever. Everything was confirmed and straightforward. It was worth visiting the dealership because of him. David Lepe on Finance knows his stuff and we appreciate his understanding while we discuss our options. But most especially the lady who handled the registration is someone who went beyond her duty. She expedited submitting it to DMV which we needed badly.

Kris Assad was wonderful, he was a GENTLEMAN, I was put in contact with him by a long time friend Susan Potrykus who woks at NoHo Toyota, after an unhappy experience at another dealership.
