Beyond the call of duty
Simon Kang is an excellent salesperson, as per my wife, this is the first time she bought a vehicle without feeling pressured in buying.... we will definitely deal with Simon again in the future. Negotiation (went) without a hitch; straightforward, simple and "as painless as possible." I got to hand it in for Simon, the guy stuck with us until delivery.... this is our 4th Toyota vehicle (2 previous by my wife, 1 previous for me) and we just experienced what we would fondly refer to as service above and beyond the call of duty.

Honest and straightforward

Once I arrived at the dealer everything had been decided so there was no haggling
