I appreciate that the dealership did not "gang up" on me and did not make me feel that I was less of a customer because I wasn't purchasing a top of the line expensive car. The salesperson did not bring in his boss into it or not leave for a long period of time to consider my counteroffer. Also, Kris and Eric were not condescending like some other dealers.

I met with a young man named Danniel on my first two visits - he was great and followed up each time. I asked for him when I arrived on my third trip but was told he was not in that day. I took the test drive on the third day with Jorge who also was great. Sedrick (the Finance Manager) put me right at ease. I got what I needed and felt like I got a good deal.
