We loved Charles Belton. He was just the right person for our 21 year old daughter. He knew the technology, answered her many questions, was immensely personable and patient. He was also the ultimate professional with "us" parents - able to switch hats! My other daughter's car is on its way out and I will probably call Charles to see if we can lease another Corolla.
